Here's one from Baytown, TX after 5 generations I guess it's a Texas BBQ
sauce?

This one is warm and works well with beef
1 cup Strong black coffee
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup cider vinegar
3 Tbsp Chili powder
2 tsp salt
2 cups chopped onion
1/4 cup minced chili peppers (Jalapeno, Serrano, etc.)
6 cloves garlic, Minced
Simmer 25 minutes - puree in blender or food processor and return to simmer
for 15 to 20 minutes to thicken

Hmmm I do remember that Baytown sauce...now that you mentioned it...but aint
finding it in my files. Musta come from Eddy seems like. How about a repost
if you got it handy? Did find this one which also looked purty good to
me..cept maybe just slightly heavy in the cumin department. .

Ok..next time put a little dry mustard in there. Just got a feeling that
give it a nice jolt. Cant have a real bbq sauce without dry mustard ya
know? Baked beans neither.
